Founded in 1990, the shipping agency located in Wismar concentrates on the clearance of ocean-going vessels of any size and charge. It operates along the whole coastline of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

IONA Shipmanagement Ltd. is a subsidiary founded in Cyprus in 2005. It is responsible for crewing. IONA takes care of qualified sea personnel which includes placements, support and a steady crew exchange.
